Mr Colin bring over ten years of senior leadership experience, with the last six in Vietnam. He expertises in IB, Cambridge, and VN MoET curricula. Committed to student success and international education, he empowers staff and students to thrive in a dynamic, globally-minded learning environment.

DUONG Bich Ha

DoET Kindergarten Principal

BSc Early Childhood Education, Hanoi National University of Education

With 18 years of experience in education, Ms Ha has served as a Principal at several high-quality private institutions in Hanoi. She is a deep understanding of the Vietnamese education (MoET) as well as international programmes such as IPC and IEYC. She is committed to creating a happy, child-centred learning environment that nurtures confidence, creativity, and holistic development from the early years.

VAN DER WESTHUIZEN Annebell

Head of International Early Years Curriculum Programme - Kindergarten

Dip Traffic Safety Education, North-West University, South Africa

Ms. Annebell brings over 24 years of experience in education, including 6 years in Asia. She is proficient in the IB PYP, Cambridge, and IEYC curricula and is dedicated to fostering Kindergarten students’ growth. Her focus on parent involvement ensures a collaborative approach to early childhood development

ARSHAD Faria

Head of Cambridge Programme - Inter-level

MA Education Innovation, University of Warwick, UK.
PGCE, Primary Education – Early Years (5-11), University of Worcester, UK.

Ms Faria is an experienced educational leader with over a decade of leadership experience. She holds a PGCE and a Master’s degree from the UK and has expertise in Cambridge, IB PYP, IPC, and the UK National Curriculum. As Principal, she is committed to academic excellence, staff development, and creating an inclusive learning environment.

VU Thi Thuy

Head of Vietnamese Programme - Inter-Level

MSc Education, Hanoi National University of Education.

Ms Thuy has 13 years of experience in the field of education and has held leadership positions in Public, Private, and International schools in Hai Duong and Hanoi. Ms. Thuy has a deep understanding of the Vietnamese National Education Programme as well as international programmes: Cambridge, IB, IMYC. She believes that with her experience, passion for education, and love for students, she will contribute to nurturing, inspiring, and empowering students to become lifelong learners.
