Welcome to the start of your child’s journey to Learning towards their Dreams at Him Lam International School Bac Ninh. This section will give you the necessary information, and guide you through the process, to successfully enrol your child at HIMLAMIS.

Admission Plan (Academic Year 2024-2025)

– All Kindergarten programmes are open at all grade levels.
– All Primary programmes are open at all grade levels, except Grade 3 International.
– The Secondary Integrated programme is open from Grade 6 to 8.
– The Secondary International programme is only for Grade 7.

Admission Regulatioins

– The School’s Annual Admission Plan of student numbers and programmes, is approved yearly by the School Board.
– The Admissions Team follows the School-approved procedures for Admissions and Withdrawal processes of students, including the relevant documents and terms and conditions, in line with pertinent Vietnamese regulations. (copies are available on request from the School Office).
– In case of possible rejection of a new student, the final decision is made by the Admissions Committee; made up of the Chair of the School Board, School Director, Admissions Manager and relevant programme academic leaders. The Admissions Committee will carefully examine the specific case and search for the best solution.
– Students with Special Educational Needs or those with limited English or Vietnamese skills will still be considered, if their learning can be fully met and supported at the time of enrolment. The School reserves the right not to admit or excuse after admission, any student whose learning needs cannot be accommodated.
