Mathematics is not just about textbooks; it is present in everyday life, helping students develop thinking skills, curiosity, and creativity. Pi Day, celebrated on 14th March in honour of the mathematical constant π, offers a perfect opportunity to explore Maths beyond the classroom. On this special day, our Integrated and Innovative Programme students experienced Mathematics in a completely new way—more visual, practical, and exciting—making learning both meaningful and fun!
Through a variety of engaging challenges, students not only strengthened their mathematical knowledge but also enhanced their logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills.
Numbers and equations came to life, turning into exciting stories that revealed the beauty of Mathematics.
🏁 Grade 1-2 students took part in the “Maths Explorer,” sharpening their observation and reasoning skills while solving Maths puzzles to overcome exciting challenges.
🌉 Grade 3-5 students became “Young Engineers,” designing their own Future Bridge. They applied geometry and sciencific knowledge to construct sturdy bridges, fostering creativity and hands-on problem-solving.
🏔 Grade 6-8 students embarked on the “Road to HIMLAMAYA,” where they tackled complex Maths problems while refining their teamwork and strategic thinking skills.
These experiences not only deepened students’ understanding of Mathematics but also nurtured their love for learning, helping them become proactive, creative, and confident learners on their journey of knowledge discovery.
