Receive admissions consultation and schedule the entrance assessment.

Step 3

Students participate in the entrance assessment and interview (online assessment available during social distancing periods).

Step 4

Receive the admission results and prepare enrollment documents.

Step 5

Complete enrollment documents and tuition payment procedures.

Step 6

Students officially begin attending classes according to the school schedule.

- The school's annual enrollment plan, including the number of students and programs, is approved annually by the School Board.

- The Admissions team adheres to the procedures approved by the University for the Admissions and Dismissal processes, including relevant documents and terms and conditions, in accordance with current Vietnamese regulations. (Copies may be requested from the University Office).

- In the event of rejecting a new student, the final decision will be made by the Admissions Committee; comprising the Chairperson of the School Board, the Principal, the Head of Admissions, and representatives from the relevant programs. The Admissions Committee will carefully consider each specific case and seek the best solution.

- Students with special educational needs or those with limited English or Vietnamese language proficiency will still be considered, provided their learning can be adequately met and supported at the time of enrollment. The school reserves the right to reject or refuse admission after enrollment any student whose learning needs cannot be met.
