Ms. Lucy Nguyễn has 21 years of professional experience, with the majority of her career dedicated to education, educational management, and the development of educational organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Management from Hanoi National University of Education and a Bachelor’s degree from Foreign Trade University, along with professional certifications in TESOL and pedagogy. Her academic and professional background brings together expertise in education, management, and organizational development.

Throughout her career, Ms. Lucy has gained extensive experience across various areas, including operations, system development, team management, and the design of student and parent journeys and experiences. Her strengths lie in connecting strategy with execution, establishing clear processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and continuously enhancing the overall experience throughout the educational journey of students and their families.

At HIMLAMIS, Ms. Lucy focuses on school development, system enhancement, and improving the Parent–Student experience. She also contributes to building a sustainable foundation for growth and continuously enhancing the quality of educational services at HIMLAMIS.
