With the theme “BREAK THE SILENCE”, Anti-Bullying Week 2026 at Him Lam International School Bac Ninh (HIMLAMIS) features a series of school-wide activities designed to raise awareness of bullying prevention, encourage students to speak up, respect differences, and spread kindness throughout the school community.

🎨 MONDAY | COLORFUL OUTFITS & NO BACKPACK DAY

Start the week by celebrating colors and differences!

Students take part in classroom activities around the theme “Respect Differences”, exploring how we can understand, respect, and support people whose personalities, interests, or circumstances may be different from our own.

Classes also work together to create “Our Picture, Our Community” – a collaborative artwork where every student represents a unique piece of the picture, coming together to create a diverse and connected community.

🧸 TUESDAY | PYJAMAS DAY

Feel safe. Feel comfortable. Be yourself.

A relaxed and joyful day at school!

Pyjamas Day creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere where students can experience school as a place where they can be themselves, express their feelings, and feel safe around their teachers and friends.

Because a sense of belonging is an essential part of a happy learning environment.

🎭 WEDNESDAY | COSPLAY DAY

Be yourself. Be kind. Be proud.

Cosplay Day gives students the opportunity to confidently express their personalities, interests, and creativity.

Every student has their own story, personality, and unique way of expressing themselves. All of these differences deserve to be respected and embraced.

🏆 THURSDAY | JUDGING PANEL

Celebrate kindness. Recognize positive change.

Thursday is an opportunity to reflect on the positive ideas, activities, and messages shared by individuals and groups throughout Anti-Bullying Week.

Acts of kindness, creative ideas, and a spirit of supporting and standing by others will be recognized and celebrated.

Celebrate the change. Celebrate kindness.

Anti-Bullying Week 2026 concludes with the Award Ceremony, bringing the week’s activities and journey to a meaningful close.

It is a moment for the entire school community to reflect on the week’s messages of respect, kindness, solidarity, and responsibility towards the community.

Because the right words at the right moment can make a difference. A simple act of kindness can help someone feel less alone. And one person who chooses to speak up can inspire others to do the same.
